Township Twenty Seven (27) South and Range Twenty Two (22) East of the Sixth Principal Meridian lying and situate in the County of Bourbon, in the State of Kansas and apply the proceeds arising from such sale: First: In the payment of the cost of said action, Second: In payment to said plaintiff of said sum of $685.83 with the interest thereon from the 12th day of January A.D. 1892 at 12 per cent per annum, Third: That the residue be brought into Court to wait the further order of the Court.
And Whereas. On the 31st day of May A.D. 1892 there was handed out of the Clerk’s of ce of said Court an order of sale on said judgement in said action, directed to the Sheriff of said County of Bourbon, and dated the 31st day of May A.D. 1892, reciting the aforesaid judgement of said Court, as herein before set out, and commanding said Sheriff to proceed according to law, and advertise and sell with appraisement the aforesaid lands and tenements, and apply the proceeds as directed by said judgement as aforesaid which said order of sale afterwards, on the 31st day of May A.D. 1892 came into the hands of T.J. Allen, Sheriff of Bourbon County, Kansas, to be executed.
And Whereas. Afterwards, on the 18th day of July A.D. 1892, at 2 o’clock P.M. of said day, and at the front door of the Court House in the City of Fort Scott, in the county of Bourbon and State of Kansas, said Sheriff having  rst given notice of the time and place of said sale for more than thirty days from the said sale day, by advertisement published in the Fort Scott Daily Tribune a daily and weekly newspaper printed in the City
of Fort Scott and of general circulation in said County of Bourbon, which said newspaper had been continually and uninterruptedly published in said County during  fty two consecutive weeks prior to the  rst publication of said advertisement, sold said land and tenements with appraisement to the Alliance Trust Company for the sum of Three Hundred and Forty Dollars it being the highest and best bidder therefor: and said sum being more than two thirds of the appraised value of said above described real estate.
And Whereas. Afterwards, on the 25th day of July A.D. 1892 said order of sale, with the proceedings of said Sheriff thereunder, then returned into said Court, and afterwards, on the 9th day of September A.D. 1892, at the September Term A.D. 1892 of said Court, the said Court having carefully examined the proceedings of said Sheriff in making said sale and being satis ed that said sale had been made in all respects in conformity to law, and the statutes in such case made and
